Dans cette vidéo M. Keshe parle des préparatifs en cours de la 3ème Réunion des Ambassadeurs Mondiaux pour la Paix qui se tiendra le 16 octobre 2015 dans deux endroits en même temps, à Rome et à Manille aux Philippines. Tous les Ambassadeurs de ces deux villes ont reçu une invitation officielle intitulée "Énergie Libre en échange de la Paix".
À ce jour la «Fondation Keshe – Institut du Vaisseau Spatial» a déjà reçu un certain nombre de réponses positives, mais la majorité viendra probablement quelques jours avant l'événement vu que les Ambassadeurs doivent obtenir l’aval de leurs gouvernements si leur pays veut s'engager pour la Paix ou non.
Et s'ils ne le veulent pas, on peut se demander quel est l’intérêt d’avoir un gouvernement qui ne travaille pas pour l'intérêt supérieur de la nation ?
L’invitation a été envoyée également au Pape François; l'événement aura lieu très près du Vatican.On s’attend à ce que lui-même ou son représentant soit présent.
Le moment est arrivé où les peuples du monde entier peuvent reprendre leur pouvoir en main en montrant à leurs gouvernements qu’ils sont bien au courant de l’existence des technologies d'Énergie Libre. La «Fondation Keshe – Institut du Vaisseau Spatial» demande aux gens d'envoyer un message non seulement à leurs propres Ambassadeurs, mais aussi aux autres et de les encourager à assister à la réunion. La structure de nos sociétés va très rapidement changer de fond en comble :
Les gouvernements perdront immédiatement 80 % de leur revenu fiscal. Ils n’auront plus les revenus du pétrole, du carburant ou des taxes sur l'énergie, ni de la nourriture. La première chose que les gouvernements feront pour réduire les dépenses sera les coupes dans le budget militaire. Nous avons un bon exemple de ce qui est arrivé dans les années 80-90 dans le bloc des pays de l’Est. Quand leur système économique et financier s’est écroulé, ils ont lâché l'armée qui s’est retrouvée sans travail.
Les effets de ceci ont été ressentis immédiatement à l'Ouest; les gouvernements de l'Union européenne ont coupé les dépenses militaires en ouvrant leurs frontières. Sans frontières, il n'y a aucun besoin de soldats. Le service national à l'Ouest a disparu aussi. On prévoit que la même chose va arriver dans les 6 mois après la sortie de cette nouvelle technologie. Les services médicaux changeront à 100 % parce que plus personne n'utilisera de médicaments.
L'industrie pharmaceutique entière sera hors d’activité en quelques mois. Les gens tombent malades quand leur organisme est en déséquilibre, avec la technologie plasma, il est très facile de rééquilibrer le corps en corrigeant simplement sa fréquence. Tout le monde sera en bonne santé et les hôpitaux se retrouveront vides. Dans le cas d’une blessure physique, le plasma s'en occupera aussi. Aujourd'hui il est déjà possible de faire repousser des membres en cas d'amputation. Il y a déjà un million d'unités produites aux Pays-Bas prêtes à être livrées aux hôpitaux et aux cliniques où ces opérations ont lieu. La Fondation Keshe souhaite trouver un accord avec les gouvernements concernant la distribution de ces dispositifs médicaux dans chaque pays.
Ces changements vont provoquer des répercussions tellement gigantesques que les gouvernements comprendront très vite qu'ils n'ont aucun autre choix que d'accepter le fait et de coopérer. La Fondation Keshe ne forcera aucun gouvernement à signer le Traité de Paix; la situation s'imposera d’elle-même aux gouvernements.
Le temps pour la Liberté de l'Humanité et la Paix Mondiale est arrivé. Notre avenir est maintenant dans nos propres mains, ne ratons pas cette occasion!

Il y a eu beaucoup de discrédit pendant des années quant à la validité des travaux et des recherches de la Fondation Keshe. Les gens se demandant si l’énergie libre existait vraiment, cela aurait dû être démontré sur la place publique. Depuis plus de 100 ans, beaucoup de scientifiques et chercheurs ont essayé de faire sortir ces connaissances mais à chaque fois ils en ont été empêchés. Nikola Tesla en a payé le prix et ses connaissances et découvertes ont été et sont toujours utilisées à l’insu des populations.
La Fondation Keshe a subi le même sort, intimidations, menaces de mort et blocages de toutes sortes pendant de longues années. Tout l’honneur en revient à l’Italie qui l’a accueillie à bras ouverts depuis 2013 et lui a permis d’arriver là où elle est à l’heure actuelle.

In this presentation Mr Keshe discusses the ongoing preparations for the 3rd World Ambassador Peace Meeting on Oct 16th which will be held in 2 places at the same time in Rome and in Manila, Philippines.
All Ambassadors in Rome and Manila have received an official invitation entitled Free Energy in exchange of Peace. By now Keshe Foundation Spaceship Institute has received a number of positive answers but most will probably come a few days before the event as the Ambassadors must receive the feedback from their governments whether their country wants to commit to peace or not. And if they don’t, people can rightfully ask themselves, whose agenda are they running then?
An invitation has been sent also to Pope Francis; it is expected that he or his representative will attend.
Now it is the time when people worldwide can take back their power by showing their governments they are well aware of the existence of Free Energy technologies and they can no longer be hidden from them. The Keshe Foundation Spaceship Institute is asking all the people to send a message not only to their own Ambassador but also to the others and encourage them to attend. On their home page there is a flyer referring to the invitation people can download and attach to their message and also a list of all the Embassies in Rome. People are invited to verify contact information of their own Embassy as there might have been changes or errors on the provided list. When answers are received they can be shared on Keshe Foundation Forum.
People who have the possibility to travel to Rome are the most welcome to go and support the event from outside (access being reserved for the official guests). They will have a great chance to get their own plasma unit for free as there will be some surprise distributions by the Foundation.

Each Ambassador who attends will receive a fully functioning plasma unit with the blueprints and full manufacturing instructions to bring it to their President. The purpose of this is to show them how easy it is to put in use and the simplicity of its conception; also they will see there is no energy inside. It’s very small, weighting only 1 kg. Anyone can make it; even a child and immediately they will understand the change that is to come on this earth.
The Presidents of Russia, China, USA, Iran, Armenia, Nigeria and Ghana will receive a plasma unit personally before the event. The Italian government has it already and it has given full support to the Keshe Foundation Spaceship Institute and its research and teachings since 2013 when the Foundation moved there from Belgium.

The first thing governments will do to reduce expenses drastically is to cut military expenses. We have a good example of what happened in the 1980’s-1990 in the Eastern block. When they had the financial and economical collapse, they let go the soldiers. The effects of this were seen immediately in the West; the EU governments cut the military expenses by opening their borders. With no borders, there is no need for soldiers. National Service in the West disappeared. It is expected the same happens within 6 months after the release of this new technology. Health care will change 100% because no one will use drugs anymore. The whole pharmaceutical industry will be out of business in a matter of months. People get sick when their body is in imbalance, with the plasma technology; it’s very easy to put the body back to balance by simply changing its frequency. Everyone will be healthy and hospitals empty.
If the body gets physically injured the plasma takes care of that too. Today it’s already possible to regrow limbs in case of an amputation. There are medical devices for this purpose already produced in Holland ready to be delivered to hospitals and clinics where these operations take place. Keshe Foundation wishes to find an agreement with the governments on how the distribution will be best carried out in each country.
These changes are going to cause so huge repercussions that governments will quickly understand they have no other choice than to accept the fact and cooperate. Keshe Foundation will not force any government to sign the Peace Treaty; the situation will force itself on the governments.

There was a lot of discrediting for years as to the validity of the works and the research done in the Keshe Foundation. People still wondering if the free energy really existed, it should have been demonstrated in the open.
The majority did not realize until recently that Humanity has been living since many millennia on a prison planet where it was deliberately deprived of the knowledge of how the Universe operates; done by a small minority which had only a single purpose, to enslave and to keep an absolute power on the human race.
